We understand that navigating the community services sector on the Central Coast can be overwhelming, so we have created the following resources to make things as easy as possible.

In 2018, the Central Coast Domestic Violence committee brought together representatives from the Community Services sector to map out a holistic view of the domestic and family violence service system on the Central Coast.

The Central Coast Domestic Violence Resource includes a listing of specialist Domestic Violence services who provide information, counselling and support to the community. Contact details for other community services are also provided.  The resource also provides information about the 9 types of domestic violence to better inform the community.

The resource is available in community centres, GP clinics, specialist services and a range of other community based organisations.

Interagency groups on the Central Coast have migrated over to the FACS funded HSNET “groups” platform as the primary method for information sharing. HSNET takes the burden out of sending and receiving multiple emails communicating the same/ and or similar messages. It also serves as a great resource to store information, meeting agendas and minutes as well as events and other important pieces of information.

Community Council have created this step by step guide to help you navigate the HSNET platform as well as give you some tips and tricks to get the most of out of it.
