A new Art Therapy program facilitated by the wonderful Art Therapist, Louise!
Join in for a transformative day of exploration, expression, and self-discovery in a safe, therapeutic, and confidential environment. Art therapy is a life-enhancing experience for people of all ages and backgrounds. The unique creative process combines art-making and psychotherapy to promote personal growth and self-awareness. The best part? You don’t need to be an artist or have any special skills to benefit!
Through engaging in creating art, you can uncover new insights and gain a deeper understanding of yourself, all while being supported in a confidential space.
