Dr. Newson, previously serving as the Executive Officer at the CCCC, brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to community development.The CCCC is confident that Dr. Newson's vast community involvement, coupled with her longstanding local knowledge and connections, will greatly enhance and advance the organisation's mission of improving the wellbeing of Central Coast residents. The Central Coast Community Council team would like to congratulate board member Brittani Presland on receiving the 2023 Central Coast Australia Day Young Person of the year award. The award celebrates a person who has made significant contribution to the community. It not only acknowledges an individual’s high levels of achievement in their respective field but also recognises the inspiration and role model qualities provided to their peers. Brittani is a Financial Analyst studying a Master of Business Administration/Master of Finance at Newcastle University and serves on a range of community-based boards and committees. Brittani joined the Central Coast Community Council board in November 2022 and brings with her a drive and enthusiasm to give back to her local community.
