Central Coast Council’s Community Events and Place Activation Grant Program and Community Development Grant Program will open 1 June 2024 and close 30 June 2024.
These two programs are open ONCE during the 2024/25 financial year. Applicants can apply for up to $20,000 of funding per application with a total annual program allocation of $300,000 for each program.
The Community Events and Place Activation Grant Program – Aims to support local organisations to deliver community events and activities that activate spaces and places to complement activity around town centres, foreshores, lakes and green spaces for the community and visitors.
The Community Development Grant Program – Supports community organisations to implement specific projects and activities that provide community outcomes and enhance the quality of life of residents of the Central Coast as well as strengthening their ability to deliver projects and services that respond to the needs of the community.
Our third program, the Community Support Grant Program aims to support the community to deliver activities which require a small amount of funding. This program is open all year with applications assessed monthly. Applicants can apply for up to $5,000 of funding per project per year with a total program allocation of $300,000.
Ahead of the opening of these programs, Council is hosting three Grant Writing Workshops.
The grant writing facilitator will guide you on how to develop your project plan and funding application to help increase your chance of success.
