Did you know? Central Coast Local Health District’s Health Promotion Service.
Attached is an example of similar work to Gandu Connections, Aboriginal Lunchbox Connection, which was done previously through a community partnership. LHD hope to emulate something similar, whilst allowing flexibility for co-design at the local level.

The Central Coast Community Council (CCCC) has been supporting community service organisations since 1993 as a regional organisation to disseminate information and co-ordinate area responses for service providers/groups on the Central Coast.
