Community Connection Hub

  • A regular monthly hub for the local community with a one stop place to access services with support of staff of those services in a smaller environment.
  • Creating a safe and welcoming space free of judgement
  • Provide information from local services in relevance to the targeted community.
  • Build relationships with locals in an environment they feel comfortable to attend and seek assistance.
  • Create connections between services to better support the community.
  • Create a space for community members to connect with other community members.
