Nutition & Cooking Education with the Wholesome Collective

This fun and engaging program is funded by Communities for Children and women must live in the Greater Wyong Shire and they need to have children 12 years and younger.

The program is FREE!

You’ll learn life skills with a strong focus on cooking skills, budgeting and implementing nutrition recommendations to improve the physical and mental health.

Venue: The Red Tree Theatre, 2/160-162 Pacific Hwy, Tuggerah.

FREE childcare available at the Northern Women’s Health Centre at 7 Rose Street, Wyong.
