In recognition of 2024 Homelessness Week, Central Coast Council, Uniting, the Department of Communities & Justice and Central Coast Community Council are proud to present “Central Coast Homelessness Connect Day” on Wednesday 7th August from 10am-2pm at Wyong Neighbourhood Centre. This event will not only raise awareness of the impact of homelessness in our community but will also bring together a range of local services to provide assistance and information to those in the community who are doing it tough.
The Community Council acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and recognises the continuing connection to lands, waters and communities. We pay our respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and to Elders past, present, and emerging.
The Central Coast Community Council (CCCC) has been supporting community service organisations since 1993 as a regional organisation to disseminate information and co-ordinate area responses for service providers/groups on the Central Coast.
