2026 marks 50 years of Carers NSW commitment to building strong, meaningful relationships with the individuals and organisations we work with across New South Wales.

As the peak organisation representing family and friend carers in NSW and the provider of Carer Gateway services in the Hunter, New England, Central Coast and North Coast regions, your feedback is essential in helping us improve the way we collaborate and support our shared communities.

Each year, we ask our stakeholders how effectively we are engaging with them as an organisation. This brief survey gathers feedback from people and organisations who have engaged with us in 2025 through:

• Participating
  in Carers NSW networks, consultations or events,
• information
  sharing,
• training,
• research,
• systemic
  advocacy,
• Community
  engagement, or
• Carer‑support
  activities, such as co-locating services, brokering services or referring
  carers to Carers NSW Carer Gateway services.

The survey will close COB Wednesday, 28 January 2026.

Why Your Feedback Matters

Your insights help us understand what we’re doing well and where we can strengthen our engagement so we can continue to deliver meaningful, high‑quality support to carers and the sector.

The survey focuses on your engagement with Carers NSW as a professional stakeholder over the past 12 months and should take around 5-10 minutes to complete.

Participation is anonymous unless you choose to request contact from our team, and whether or not you take part will not affect your relationship with Carers NSW.
