The Primary Health Network is looking for people to help co-plan a new Commonwealth funded pilot called Supporting Recovery.
During the consultation and co-planning workshop you will contribute to:
Creating a culturally inclusive service
Co-planning a whole of family service focused on recovery and healing from experiences of Domestic Family and Sexual Violence (DFSV)
Sharing thoughts and expertise in what matters when delivering healing and recovery trauma informed care
The PHN is looking for:
- People working in or have experience in providing
mental health, DFSV responses, health care and or community services
Workshop participants will be asked to share their experiences and ideas on:
- Insights about healing and recovery mental health
services and care coordination - Ideas on how services can be designed to provide equity
of access - Centring the voice of the child / young person and
delivering child focused interventions
