72m squared, air conditioned, kitchen, reception space, large car park across the road, 2 x secure parking spaces under the building. 2 x small offices for private meetings/conversations. Lift access, accessible toilets.
$500 per week until February 2026.
All outgoings included – would need to pay for your own electricity and water useage.Would be perfect for allied health therapist/behaviour support etc.
