Date: Thursday 18th September 2025
Time: 9:30 AM arrival for a 9:45 AM start – 3:00 PM finish
Venue: Meeting Room Three, The Erina Centre, Erina Fair
RSVP: https://events.humanitix.com/service-model-navigation-co-design-workshopWhy we’re doing this
Many people experiencing mental health challenges — especially those facing disadvantage or social isolation — find it difficult to find and connect with the right supports. The service system can be fragmented and overwhelming, while opportunities for community participation may be hidden or hard to access.
We believe the solution lies in bringing both worlds together:
- Helping
people find and access mental health and wellbeing supports when they need
them. - Connecting
people with other social determinants of health, local activities,
initiatives, and groups that foster belonging, purpose, and social
connection.
We see that you and the organisation you represent are an integral part of this ecosystem. Your insights, experience, and ideas will help shape a model that is grounded in local realities and works for those who need it most.
What to expect
You’ll be part of an interactive, creative, and solutions-focused workshop that:
- Uses
proven co-design methods to explore real experiences and needs. - Builds
a shared vision for a navigation approach that works across both service
and community settings. - Lays
the foundation for a model that promotes connection, belonging, and
improved wellbeing.
Lunch and morning tea provided (please send any dietary requirements to [email protected]).
RSVP now to help shape something bold and impactful for our community. https://events.humanitix.com/service-model-navigation-co-design-workshop
